SHAREMEDSPACE considers client privacy and security as one of the pillars on which we exist, understanding that we will collect the minimum amount of privacy information required to verify all individuals or companies accessing our site and ensure the safety of such information.
What Information will we collect?
Basic demographic information that allows us to identify all individuals who will have access beyond the sign in page. That will include; Name, date of birth, address, If a company, business name, articles of incorporation, Business Guarantor information.
For billing: Payments on the site will be processed through PAYPAL ACCOUNTS. All site users will be required to use their current account or set up a new account.
For billing, please note that for tenants, all monthly payments are collected in advance of the month of service. For landlords, please note that all payments are released at the end of each month.
