Yes, registering, using the platform and listing your space are 100% free. Users are subject to a small one-time background fee at the time of booking your first space and we collect a transparent transaction fee from the Sharer at the same time.

The tenant's payment is collected on the 1st of the month and held securely in our escrow system. Provided there are no reported issues, your funds are then released securely on the last day of that month.
How much control do I have over my listing and availability?

If you have specialized, portable equipment that isn’t specified in the listing, you should expect to provide necessary equipment for your intended practice (i.e. EKG, echo, pulmonary testing equipment).
